Happiness Chidomere is a dynamic and talented HR Generalist with a career spanning over 7years in an indigenous conglomerate, the hospitality and Oil & Gas industry, working closely with and interfacing with the executive level managers on HR & Administrative functions as it bothers the organization.
Happiness began her career with Honeywell Group Limited and participated in the 9th Honeywell Excellence Program (A one-year Management Trainee program), where she gained significant experience and was prepared for advancement in superior roles. After the program, she worked with the HR & Admin. Department and further moved up the ladder serving in various subsidiaries within the Group such as Hudson Petroleum/Honeywell Energy and Radission Blu Anchorage Hotel.
